Spacious, ground-floor, independent, modern, and comfortably furnished house in a quiet street of Balatongyörök, completely fenced and with a closed courtyard. There is a parking space on the courtyard (for up to 3 cars) with an electric gate, as well as an erectable pool with heated pool cover. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. There are fly screens on all windows in every room. Fly screens are also installed on the balcony doors of the rooms and on the kitchen balcony door. The owner does not live on the property.
