The Nr. 24/C-1 Alison Apartman is a compact, modern ground-floor apartment for 2 guests in Keszthely. The entrance to the Keszthely town beach is only about a 2-minute walk away (approx. 250 m).

It is ideal for couples or two guests looking for a practical place to stay right next to the lakeshore, restaurants, the marina, a playground and the town park. The area is lively, but the house is modern and well insulated, so the noise level inside the apartment itself is minimal.

🛏️ Interior

The approx. 30 m² studio features a combined living/sleeping room with a 180 cm wide double bed and a smart TV. The apartment is fully self-contained and functions as an independent living unit.

Please note: there is no air conditioning in this apartment.

🍽️ Kitchen

The apartment has its own kitchen with a cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery. There is no oven or dishwasher in this apartment.

🚿 Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washing machine.

🌿 Private Terrace Area

The apartment has its own approx. 20 m² paved and fenced terrace/yard area on the street side. The terrace is not covered.

The street-side terraces of apartments Nr. 24/C-1 and Nr. 24/C-2 are located directly next to each other but are separated by a fence.

The apartment comes with 1 free parking space in the enclosed, shared yard – especially convenient, as parking in the surrounding area is paid. In total, the yard offers space for approx. 4–5 cars for the whole house.

The owner does not live on the property.

The apartment can be booked separately and used completely independently. Via an internal door it can, if required, be used together with apartment Nr. 24/C-2 – creating space for up to 8 guests.
