The No. 8 Edit Apartment House consists of two separate units located in a quiet street with very little traffic in Vonyarcvashegy. The upper-floor No. 8/a apartment has its own private entrance and can be connected internally to the ground-floor apartment via a staircase – ideal for larger families or groups of friends.
The apartment is partially renovated: the kitchen, bathroom, mattresses and furniture are in excellent, well-maintained condition, while the other rooms are clean and functional. The house has excellent insulation with modern doors and windows and thick exterior insulation.
