In the garden there is a simple above-ground pool in summer (approx. 3 m diameter, water depth approx. 1 m, unheated) – not a swimming pool, but for cooling off, refreshing and splashing, primarily for children and families. It can be used during the summer season, depending on the weather. Children may use the pool only under parental supervision.

How can I book?

A firm booking usually requires a 30% deposit, which is deducted from the total when the balance is settled; for last-minute bookings this may differ. Booking is done by e-mail.

Who is the house ideal for?

Ideal for max. 6 adults and 1 child – for families, couples and groups of friends. The extra bed is recommended for a child only. Except in July and August, the price is calculated for 2 people, so two guests can rent the house at a favourable rate. In the high season, in July–August, the 4-person price applies even if fewer guests arrive.

Is the house private?

Yes. Guests use the detached house and garden entirely to themselves.

Is the accommodation dog-friendly?

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, there are 3 air conditioners in the house in total: of the three rooms, the two larger rooms have air conditioning, as does the living room. Two of them are on the ground floor and one is upstairs. The upstairs air conditioner can keep roughly the entire upper floor cool.

What kind of pool is there?

An above-ground garden pool (approx. 3 m diameter, water depth approx. 80 cm – 1 m, unheated) for cooling off. Ideal for children to splash and swim, and suitable for adults to sit in – it is not a swimming pool. Usable during the summer season.

How far is the beach?

The beach is approx. 2000 m away, with free parking. The Vonyarc beach has a 5-star rating and won the title of best beach on Lake Balaton in 2025.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available. There is also a smart TV in the living room that can access the internet.

How many cars can park?

Up to 3–4 cars can park in the enclosed yard (uncovered). The yard is huge, so even with 3–4 cars there is plenty of room to play football, tennis and other games.
