Holiday Home “Beautiful View” for up to 6 People – Two-Storey House with Stunning Lake Balaton View, Above-Ground Pool and Air Conditioning

Improvements for the 2027 season: The owner is currently having an internal staircase built, so from 2027 the two floors will also be connected inside the house. The upstairs bathroom is also being renovated. These changes are not yet visible in the photos. Air conditioning is located in the living room on the ground floor and in the dining area upstairs.

The two-storey holiday home offers a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning view of Lake Balaton. Each floor has its own entrance from the garden, and from the 2027 season the two floors will also be connected by an internal staircase. This makes the house ideal for larger families or two couples travelling together, with plenty of privacy for everyone. The house can only be rented as a whole.

The garden is fully fenced, with an electric gate and several parking spaces. Excellent WiFi throughout the house and the garden.

Location & Surroundings:

The house is located directly on the main road, but thanks to high-quality windows, noise is barely audible inside. The back garden is well shielded by the house, so street noise is much reduced there.

Beaches:

• Balatongyörök Camping Beach: approx. 400 m.
• Balatongyörök Main Beach: approx. 2.2 km, 5-star rated, with free parking.

Leisure and Nature:

• The Lake Balaton cycle path runs directly in front of the house.
• Just 200 m away: the Szépkilátó viewpoint, a spring, snack bars, a pastry shop and a restaurant.
• National Park hiking trails and viewpoints within a 5–8 minute walk.

Shopping and Dining:

• Grocery store approx. 600 m away.
• Tobacco shop, café, further restaurants and ice cream parlours within 1–2 km.
