Up to 8. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa (better suited to 2 children or 1 adult). Recommended layout: 6 adults + 1–2 children.

Do we have the plot to ourselves?

Yes. Villa Balantis is a detached, single-storey house and completely private – the owner does not live on the plot, so you have the house and the ~600 m² enclosed yard to yourselves.

What is the pool like, and when is it open?

A private, covered (polycarbonate sliding roof), heat-pump heated pool of approx. 8 × 4 × 1.5 m, with a target temperature of about 28 °C. It is generally usable from mid-April to mid-October; in October depending on the weather, and out of service from November.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes. Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms and in the living room.

Is there parking?

Yes, within the yard for up to 3 cars, with a remote-controlled electric gate.

How far are the beach and shops?
