The apartments are modern and comfortably furnished, and located in a lively area on the shore of Lake Balaton in Keszthely. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to restaurants, to the beach, boat harbor, and playground. The city park is next to the house and offers opportunities for sports activities. The Balaton bike path runs next to the house and allows access to the Hévíz thermal bath via the city center of Keszthely. The city center of Keszthely can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The two apartments are accessible through a common staircase, and the ground floor apartment also has direct access to the courtyard. There is space for 4-5 cars in the enclosed courtyard. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. The owner does not live on the property. (Keszthely, Erzsébet királyné útja)
