The spacious, fully ground-level house is modern and comfortably furnished and located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Gyenesdiás. The garden is completely fenced and has a closed courtyard. In the garden, there is also a private pool (3.5 x 7 x 1.4 m), a covered parking space for up to 2 medium-sized cars, another parking space for 1 car in the courtyard, a garden shed, and a fire pit.
