The house No. 72 is suitable for up to 6 people
– 2 bedrooms with double bed, box spring mattresses, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.
– 1 additional bedroom with double bed, box spring mattresses, air conditioning, a private covered terrace, and direct access to a bathroom with shower.
– The living area, dining area, and kitchen are in an open space and also have air conditioning.
– The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
– The living room has a comfortable couch and a television. From here, you can access the covered terrace (ca. 15 m2) directly, whose door is equipped with a mosquito net door.
The spacious, fully ground-level house is modern and comfortably furnished and located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Gyenesdiás. The garden is completely fenced and has a closed courtyard. In the garden, there is also a private pool (3.5 x 7 x 1.4 m), a covered parking space for up to 2 medium-sized cars, another parking space for 1 car in the courtyard, a garden shed, and a fire pit. Free WiFi is available in the house. The owner does not live on the property. (Gyenesdiás, Határ utca)
Planned Improvements for 2026
New Pool Cover
The pool will be equipped with a modern transparent roof, made of a material similar to clear glass.
This allows natural light to pass through while protecting the water and guests from weather conditions.
Thanks to the cover, the pool can provide a pleasant temperature from early May until early October during sunny and warmer weather.
New, Modern Pavilion
The previous thatched pavilion will be replaced by a fully modern, roofed pavilion that is accessible from all sides,
offering a more comfortable and stylish option for relaxing outdoors.
Replacement of Sun Loungers
All old plastic sun loungers will be replaced with stable, metal-framed loungers with soft surfaces,
ensuring greater comfort for sunbathing and relaxation.

- Deposit (refundable): 150,00 € / 52.500.- Forint (The deposit is deposited in cash in the office when the keys are handed over and serves as security in the event of damage to the house. The deposit will be refunded in cash at the office on departure).
- Payment is requested in Euros, in Forints only at the current exchange rate from the Hungarian National Bank
