– The spacious kitchen and dining area are equipped with air conditioning and offer plenty space for meals for up to 8-10 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glasses, bowls, etc. It includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, freezer-fridge combo, and 3 types of coffee machines (German drip coffee maker, Hungarian kettle coffee maker, and a large coffee machine with a built-in grinder).
– The other entrance leads to a large lobby, providing access to 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom, the staircase to the upper floor, and a living room towards the kitchen. The lobby is air-conditioned and it provides a view towards the 2 bedrooms.
– The living room, situated between the kitchen and dining area and the large lobby, is equipped with 2 TVs, a double bed, some armchairs, and a sofa.
– 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people.
– 1 “library” room with 2 large single beds (100 cm wide).
– Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upper floor:
– From the large lobby on the ground floor, you ascend to the upper floor, where you first enter the living room via the staircase.
– The living room is equipped with a television, seating area, and air conditioning. From here, you can access two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a tea kitchen.
– One bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm wide), air conditioning, and access to the balcony.
– One bedroom with two large single beds (100 cm wide), air conditioning, and access to the balcony.
– Bathroom with shower and toilet.
– Tea kitchen with a kitchen and a small dining area, as well as access to a small covered balcony.
A spacious house with rustic and antique furnishings in the center of Balatongyörök, completely fenced with a lockable courtyard. The beach, a grocery store, an ice cream parlor, restaurants, bar, the ship harbor, a bike path, an event venue, the train station, and the church are all within 2 minutes walk from the house. In the courtyard, there is a covered parking space (for 2 cars) and additional parking spaces (shared with the owner). The house offers free Wi-Fi internet and a total of 5 air conditioning units. Every window, the entrance door, and the balcony door are equipped with mosquito screens. The owner lives in a separate house on the courtyard but shares the driveway gate with the guests.
