Comfortably furnished, spacious house with internet, air conditioning, and enclosed garden. The house is located in a very quiet area. However, within 5-10 minutes’ walk, you can reach restaurants, grocery stores, as well as the forest and national park. The house does not have a direct view of the street because the owner’s second house is in between. This provides special tranquility and privacy. There are several holiday homes around, some of which are occupied by quiet Hungarian and German families. The road is new, and there is no noise from cars. The house has its own small garden area, visually separated from the entire garden by trees and plants. The German owner lives in the second house during the summer months. He is an uncomplicated, friendly man who is rarely on the property during the day due to his activities. He takes care of mowing the lawn, but otherwise, he will certainly not disturb your vacation.
