Tastefully furnished, stylish house with a swimming pool (approx. 4x8x1.5m, with a shallow area ideal for babies), internet (in the house and by the pool), a well-kept, fully fenced garden, a covered carport and other parking spaces in the yard and in front of the plot for 4-5 cars. The house has a shared washing machine. Owner does not live on the property. The house can only be rented with all apartments in July and August. At other times, the 3 apartments can be rented by up to 2 groups, guaranteeing a peaceful stay. (Gyenesdiás, Faludy utca)

- Deposit (refundable): 150,00 € / 52.500.- Forint (The deposit is deposited in cash in the office when the keys are handed over and serves as security in the event of damage to the house. The deposit will be refunded in cash at the office on departure).
- Payment is requested in Euros, in Forints only at the current exchange rate from the Hungarian National Bank
