🛋️ Interior & layout
From the terrace you enter the spacious, open-plan living-dining-kitchen area with a dining table, a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a single-person infrared sauna and a tiled stove. The house has a split-level layout.
Mezzanine
An approx. 8 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×200 cm) and storage under the stairs. Here is the approx. 4.5 m² bathroom with WC; the bath (150×70 cm) is fitted with a shower head. A washbasin with base cabinet, a mirror cabinet and a hairdryer are provided.
Upper floor
An approx. 20 m² master bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm), a desk and several wardrobes. A private balcony with a stunning Balaton panorama and a separate dressing room. Insect screens on all windows, shutters in every room except the small windows of the bathroom and dressing room.
TV & internet
Smart TV with Netflix access. Channels: approx. 10 Hungarian channels (no German-language channels). Internet: a standard home connection, suitable for everyday use and streaming; intensive, continuous home office use has not been tested.
Climate & heating
Air conditioning (heating/cooling) on the ground and upper floors, an electric radiator in the bathroom and a tiled stove in the living room.
🍳 Kitchen & comfort
The well-equipped kitchen is comfortable even for longer stays – with a dishwasher and a discreetly built-in washing machine. A capsule coffee machine can be provided on request. The full list of amenities can be found in the Services section.
🌿 Outdoor spaces
The south-facing covered terrace (approx. 11 m²) offers a dining table and comfortable seating; closable on two sides, so usable even in windy or rainy weather. The private, separated yard (approx. 35 m²) is made cosy with flowers, plants and shade-giving trees. In addition, the nearly 800 m² green area on the roof of the winery is available to guests. A playground with a climbing wall, slide and swing, grill and cauldron-cooking facilities, and sun loungers complete the offering.
🐶 Dog-friendly
The house is dog-friendly. The private, separated yard is fully fenced, so your dog can be let out even unsupervised. Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome without separate phone arrangement; for two or more dogs, or large dogs, we ask for prior arrangement.
🍷 Romsics Winery next door
A special feature is the direct proximity to the working Romsics Winery. Locally produced wines can be purchased; by prior arrangement, a short visit to the winery and a wine tasting are also possible. During the high season this is limited due to increased activity and vineyard work.

Next to the house there is a private covered parking space for one car; further parking is available in the yard.

The house is easily reached by car. The nearest shop and restaurant are each about 2.5 km away; the larger shops and restaurants of Keszthely are a few minutes’ drive away. The nearest beach is the municipal beach of Keszthely (approx. 5.5 km). The five-star rated beaches of Gyenesdiás, Vonyarcvashegy and Balatongyörök are also a short drive away.
Nearby excursions: Rezi Castle, the Csókakő near Cserszegtomaj, the Rezi vineyard hill, the Stupa of Zalaszántó, the „Kéktúra” trail, hot-air balloon trips and horse riding.

How can I book?
For a confirmed booking, usually a 30% deposit, deducted from the total on final payment; for last-minute bookings this may differ. Booking by email.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome without separate arrangement (€7/night). For two or more, or large dogs, we ask for prior arrangement. Guests arriving with a dog pay a €150 deposit in cash, returned in cash.
How far is the beach?
The municipal beach of Keszthely is about 5.5 km away. The five-star beaches of Gyenesdiás, Vonyarcvashegy and Balatongyörök are a short drive away.
Does anyone else live on the plot?
The entire house is reserved exclusively for you. On the plot there is only the working Romsics Winery, separate from the house; the house has its own, separated yard area.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, on both the ground and upper floors for heating and cooling; an electric radiator in the bathroom and a tiled stove in the living room.
Is the house suitable for longer stays?
Yes. The well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and thoughtful furnishing make the house comfortable even for stays of several weeks.
Is the house open in winter?
Yes, for bookings made at least 6–7 days before arrival, leaving time for cleaning, preparation and heating the house. Heating costs are charged separately.
Can I taste wine?
Locally produced wines can be purchased; by prior arrangement a short visit and tasting are also possible. Limited during the high season.

- Listed prices are per night, as shown in the table. Adjustments – up or down – are only possible after prior agreement and only before a confirmed booking.
- Included in the price: utilities (except heating), final cleaning, tourist tax, plus fresh bed linen every 7 days and one hand and bath towel per person (beach towels excluded).
- Surcharges (disclosed in advance): heating by arrangement; pets 7 €/night (only by arrangement); short stays 1–4 nights: +40% / +30% / +20% / +10% (no surcharge from 5 nights).
