🍳 Kitchen & comfort

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a bright, modern kitchen with a dining area seating 6. It is fully equipped: hob, built-in oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine. There are two refrigerators in the house – the second one is located in the upstairs living room. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden and pool area. 🌳 Yard, terrace & private pool

The centrepiece of the garden is the private pool (5.3 × 3 m, 140 cm deep), reserved exclusively for house guests: in-ground, chlorine-treated, not heatable and currently not covered, so its use depends on the weather. A special feature is the built-in seating area facing Lake Balaton, so the panorama can be enjoyed even from the water. The pool is surrounded by a paved area with sun loungers, and there is a solar-heated outdoor shower nearby. A separate garden dining area and terrace are located on the pool side. (A grill and cauldron stand are not currently part of the equipment.)

The upper living level has a large, covered panoramic terrace with a lovely view of Lake Balaton and Badacsony. An outdoor dining table, chairs and a hanging chair are provided – a pleasant spot for breakfast, shared meals or an evening glass of wine.

The approx. 1800 m² fenced garden is one of the property’s greatest assets: plenty of space to relax, sunbathe and play, and especially valuable for guests with a dog. The Lake Balaton panorama opens up not only from the house but from almost every point of the plot.

The villa is set on the panoramic hillside of Balatongyörök, directly by Main Road 71. Thanks to the modern, well-insulated doors and windows, road traffic noise is barely noticeable indoors, and it is also significantly reduced on the northern, pool-facing side and its terrace. There is no pavement directly in front of the house, so a car is recommended for reaching most nearby destinations. In return, restaurants, excursion spots and one of the best-known viewpoints of Balatongyörök are very close.
